Snappers

Supposedly Snappers has some deep fried cheese curds that are actual cheese curds shipped in from Wisconsin, but every time I go there, they are out.  Erik and Julia say I cannot go with them next time because they don't want to be denied the cheese curds again.  So we settled for some nachos, poppers and potato skins.   Oh and some ice cold, made from scratch mojitos...nom nom nom.
On the way to Snappers we found a walkway that is apparently not a walkway...
The nachos came out pretty quickly and thank goodness because we were wilting away from starvation.  The plate was big...I can't remember how much they cost...maybe $10 or so.  We ordered the pork on the side for the vegetarians at the table and the waitress was happy to oblige.
So refreshing and delicious!
Nachos!!!!
Shannon (2) - RAD: There was a good topping to chip ratio, all the chips had a little something on them; LAME: They weren't much different than nachos you get at 7-11.
Erik (2) - RAD: Sour cream, salsa and I'm starving!  The pork is actually pretty good...salty deliciousness; LAME: No cheese curds of any kind on the nachos or on the table of any fashion!
Julia (1.5) - RAD: Chips are crispy and they were generous with the cheese even though it's cheese whiz...getting crazy with the cheese whiz; LAME: No beans!??? What the hell?

Overall: (1.8) - Not the best nachos in all the land...but even bad nachos are nachos.  And if you are starving, they are delicious.  They are extra delicious when you add the bacon you got on the side for the potato skins to the nachos.  BACON!
On the way home we noticed this new spa that opened up.  You can get a Facil there, whatever that is.  :)
MAHALO!
