NACHO COOK OFF - Cake Envy

Having a nacho cook off is probably one of the best ideas I have ever had.  We were extremely fortunate to have the most amazing venue of Cake Envy to hold the event.  We ended up having 5 entries plus a bonus mango guacamole pupu.  About 30 people showed up to be judges and be a part of the fun. As soon as the first two teams went in the kitchen, we knew we were in for a nachotastic evening.  This group does not fuck around when it comes to cook offs...and especially NACHOS.  It was a really close race but in the end, Team A & B killed it.  In a competition like this there are no losers.

Danielle's Mango Guacamole:
Mash up a couple avocados, add 1 whole chopped jalapeno with seeds, chopped onion, chopped Roma   tomato, garlic salt, one whole mango chopped and squeezed, lime and salt to taste.  Chop cilantro and fold into guac.  Nom nom nom nom nom.
"Cool!"
"Best food of the night!"
"Great idea"
"Good spicy kick!"
"Tasty with a little kick"
"So ono!"
