I love hot sauce. I love hot sauce so much I belong to a monthly hot sauce club called Fuego Box (
https://www.fuegobox.com/) that ships you small batch, craft hot sauces from all over the country. It has been especially amazing to me since living in Hawaii because we are so limited to what is sold on this island. Recently I saw my friend post about a DIY hot sauce kit he bought on Amazon and was very intrigued. I bought one as a gift for my friend but eagerly suggested we try it out together. It was soooooo much fun. The kit came with everything we needed to make 3 different sauces. We even added fresh cherries to one to try to replicate our favorite reaper black cherry sauce we found through Fuego Box. It was a fabulous way to spend a Saturday and we, of course, made some nachos to test out our freshly made sauces on.
