Maui Tacos Birthday Nachos at Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center

Decided to head over to Maui Tacos after a day at the beach with the Birthday Boy Bryan since he wanted Nachos for dinner :) We hadn't been there in a while and were super excited to stroll through Waikiki during prime-time after sunset - Lots of crazies to SEE on Kalakaua :)

So the Nachos are made with lettuce cheese sour cream guacamole & tomato and you have the choice to add pork, chicken, beef, or fish. Birthday boy went with the BEEF...it's whats for dinner. 

Birthday Boy Bryan (5) - When I asked him how he would describe these Nachos, I got - "These nachos are fucking MAGICAL!"  (Remind you this was after an afternoon of birthday beach beers... HAHA! RAD: The "Density" of the Nachos was RAD!  So much yummy goodness on top of a good sized bed of chips!  LAME: "The only thing that is LAME is my Stomach capacity is not large enough for these awesome Nachos!" T:C Ratio=7 (I don't think your rating goes to 7, but when I asked him T:C 1-5, he said 7! HAHA Then said, "I mean look at this pile of deliciousness!"












I allowed the 7 Rating because the most AWESOME thing about hitting up Maui tacos is there super RAD SALSA BAR that you can help yourself too! 







Mel (4.5) - I decided on the Fish Tacos which are also deliciousness - but had some Nachos too so I could contribute to the blog :)  I LOVE Maui Tacos salsa, and if fact, I LOVE SALSA in general: so when Bryan mixed 3 different ones onto the Nachos I had to try some! RAD: The spicy beef was a RAD choice.  Perfect for nachos because the small bits of meat fit nicely all over the chips and there was a lot too! LAME: SOMEBODY added jalapenos.. so I tried to avoid those, but if you are a jalapeno fan... HELP YOURSELF to the salsa bar and LOAD UP! T:C Ratio = 5





Again I refer you to salsa bar which includes -- Maui Firedancer Chipotle HOT Salsa, Pineapple Paradise Salsa, Maui MEX Medium Tomatillo Salsa, Jalapenos, Fresh Cilantro, Lime wedges, and chopped peppers and onions... I MEAN C'mon

So if you are ever in Mid-Waiks and look for some tasty quick Nachos, I HIGHLY recommend these yummy Maui Tacos ones! Don't forget to hit up the closest ABC store and grab yourself some brewskies.... remember you are still in the shopping center, but find a table on the side and try and keep in on the DL and you'll be fine :) Don't forget a koozie!
