Two beautiful friends got married on Saturday. Sunday we had a party at a beach house in
Waimanalo. The leftover kalua pig from the
wedding dinner was brought to the beach house.
Someone else brought tortilla chips and salsa. Then we found cheese. We made nachos. Nom nom nom nom nom.
(4) - PRESENTATION: Backyard,
paper plate, minimalistic, highly portable. RAD: Wedding peeps. “Yes,
definitely rad,” says Dorian. Kalua pig so ono.
Nate’s leftover pork. LAME: too small, lack of spice, needs
jalapeno. TOPPING TO CHIP RATIO: 4, solid, happy with every bite. Hit the spot in so many ways, in ways you
didn’t know existed.
