Soy sake glazed spam over won ton crisps, pineapple salsa, pickled ginger, green onions, drizzled with cucumber wasabi and Sriacha cream. Nom nom nom nom nom get in my belly.
The cucumber had a nice zing to it, the wonton chips were indeed nice and crispy, the pineapple was cold and yummy, and the small pieces of spam were crunchy, salty, and fresh (pairing perfectly with the pinapple). Overall these were a big hit. We loved the creativity and local flavor combinations. The pickled ginger gave it that extra special flavor combination party in your mouth. The only sad part is that we may never get to eat these again!
