Samson's MAINLAND EDITION - Noblesville, IN

"These Nachos are bigger than my head." That's the text I got from Dusty when he was in Indiana for work and went to Samano's Mexican Food in Noblesville to have his own National Nachos Day celebration. I asked him to please fill out the Nacho Blog form online so we could all see how these nachos rate. Because seriously, when am I ever going to be in Noblesville, Indiana? LOL Here's what he thought of them:

Dusty (3.9) - PRESENTATION: Huge portion, lots of toppings, aesthetics lacking, but not a gourmet place. RAD: Tons of toppings, served with extra chips, queso was awesome, grilled chicken, salsa bar with good salsas and lots of selections, only $8. LAME: Onion in the guacamole was overwhelming, waitress did not warn me even though I asked for no onion, ok though because it wasn’t on the whole dish. TOPPING TO CHIP RATIO:  3.5, almost impossible to eat without a fork but had generous portions. They were good, great queso. The overall impression after finishing was conflicted. They were messy, even by nacho standards, with good flavor but also had bites with off flavor (maybe chicken wasn’t super fresh, onion). Cold weather and cold inside, fluorescent lighting, not great ambiance but it is a budget meal. Happy National Nachos Day from Indiana!
